If you have any junk mail filters set on your email you should include service@BirthdayAlarm.com as a 'safe' address. Also - as you may know, in very rare circumstances the internet or your ISP can 'lose' an email. There is also a possibility you may have registered the wrong email address with us so Birthday Alarm is sending you reminders to the wrong email address.
